Sometimes a performance needs to be filmed and documented either for promotion of the show, archive or for sale on dvd. Quite often the quality of the sound is poor. Built in microphones are not up to scratch and even when care has been taken to use external microphones via a mixing desk into the camera, a lot of flexibity for editing has been lost.
We can organize multi-track recording on to hard disk using a variety of microphones to meet the needs of the task. We charge £300 per day for recording on location.

After the production is recorded and the film footage edited we can tidy and polish the audio to broadcast quality, bring together any other desired elements, such as music or sound design, making them sit
happily together, ready for distribution on DVD.
We charge £200 per day for post-production.
